Submit a Digital Case

We accept digital impressions from most major intraoral scanners. Choose your scanner from the list below and follow the instructions to send us your case.
  • Create or Login to your CEREC Connect account
  • Select “MY CEREC CONNECT”
  • Type “Ultimate Dental Lab” in the box for Company Name
  • Click FIND
  • Check the box to the bottom left for “Ultimate Dental Lab”
  • Click ADD to complete the registration
  • When sending cases, select Ultimate Dental Lab from your list
  • Call 800-577-8767
  • Select Option 1
  • Request that Ultimate Dental Lab is added to your scanner and Identify our lab using our phone number: 718.591.3444
  • After Ultimate Dental Lab has been added, restart your scanner
  • After connecting to us as a lab, select Ultimate Dental Lab on your scanner when sending files
  • Go to us.3shapecommunicate.com in a web browser
  • Connect with Ultimate Dental Lab as Lab by searching  [email protected]
  • After connecting to us as a Lab, select Ultimate Dental Lab when sending files.
  • Call Midmark™ support at 800-634-2249 select Option 3
  • Select Option 1 and request support Ultimate Dental Lab be added to your scanner
  • Midmark™ will then confirm with Ultimate Dental Lab and add connection remotely.
  • Select Find a lab option on your scanner
  • Search for either Ultimate Dental Lab or  [email protected]
  • Add Ultimate Dental Lab
  • Select Ultimate Dental Lab when submitting scans

  • Visit Carestream Connect on your scanner
  • Search for Ultimate Dental Lab
  • Add Ultimate Dental Lab
  • Select Ultimate Dental Lab when submitting scans raw STL files
  • Email Ultimate Dental Lab at  [email protected]
